Description
A wonderfully tasty smaller cut of our famous soaked ham. Sweet and smoky, this is made for sharing, so let your whole family experience the best ham you’ll ever eat. Our Ham Slipper is 900g but this may vary due to the hams being natural produce and hand grown so we cannot exactly specify the exact sizing.
Each ham is brined for two days and traditionally-smoked overnight.
The result is a ham with a perfect colour and texture and, above all, a truly unique flavour with a subtle background of apples from the cider and gentle sweetness from the black treacle. The demerara sugar glaze produces the most wonderful crisp, contrasting dark layer on the fat.
