This clear saltwater harvested rainbow trout is from the Isle of Bute in Scotland. It tastes different from other smoked trout as it is reared in salted water rather than freshwater where you can find the trout has a muddy background taste. The saltwater trout is long slices by hand, and it tastes absolutely amazing!
