Our Smoked Salmon is a whole side of sliced salmon. Quality seafood from the west coast of Scotland, naturally wood oak smoked to create a truly distinctive flavour. Smoked Salmon is a delicious and versatile fish, and when served whole makes wonderful canapes that will be bursting full of flavour.
The sizing to the Salmon varies due to the size of the Salmon it will come between the sizing’s of 1.25-1.6kg.
